I've got some squeaking coming from my front drivers side...something. I notice it when I have the wheels turned full lock to the right, going over long bumps, and sometimes going over speed bumps while turning...any ideas?

Good luck finding out the noise from the front end.I have a cluncking noise when i hit bumps like most of us on the forum and until now nobody can figure it out.All my tire rods and strut torsion bar bushings where replaced and still have the noise. This week i am going to replace the strut bar bushingsI would post a update once that is done.

Not sure if the stock sway bar bushings/isolators begin to squeek when they wear out.

You might try spraying some silicon lubricant between the sway bar and sway bar bushing/isolater to see if that stops the squeeking.

The squeaking stopped today after being driven in the rain, so I'm leaning towards a lubrication issue on a bushing somewhere. Since I just had my driver's side tie rod ends replaced I'm looking at them.

I doubt outer tie rod ends can squeek because there are not any bushings, just a ball joint boot that is sealed for life.

Here is a pic of my Hotchkis sway bar bushings, which require grease so they don't squeek. Try spraying your stock bushings with silicone lubricant.
Another suspect area might be the front struts/shocks. Jounce the front end up an down and see if the struts/shocks squeek.
