Does anybody have the Red Halo's (possibly blacked out covers on top) or at least any Halo's at all, and what you think about them. I think they will look good on my TorRed, any thoughts? Also if anyone could let me know where I could get Red LED interior lights?

Halos are one of the coolest mods out there. Yes I have them on my magnum and I'm sure others will chime in also. Red halos are available but are probably not a good idea when driving but are awesome looking for show. You can check ACC for all your halo needs great people over there and they can set you up with you interior lights too!

Not prefered while driving, why so? If possible is there a way to install a switch to turn them on and off?

i have them and really like them. if you get them installed, make sure the inverters are easy to access and disconnect as they tend to be the weak part of the system. many people have had to get the inverters replaced (free replacement under warranty).

you can definitely install a switch. that's what most do. red lights are illegal on the front of cars. i believe it's about impersonating a police officer. could also mistake them for brake lights. only legal colours on the front are white and yellow/amber i believe.

Makes sense..yea I was hoping to get them soon and it would be great to have a switch..Have you ever seen the red halo's with black covers(illegal too) over them? I've seen pictures of cars with the red Halo's but no one with black covers on top of them. Anyone?? If you do, can you post some pics?

Those came out really nice! Do you leave them on at all times, or did you install a switch to turn them on and off? I really want to get those including red LED interior lights, and im still thinking about putting black out cover's on top if I get the red Halo's

I put a micro toggle switch in the stock headlight switch assembly... figured it was a logical place, and it didn't involve modifying any larger more expensive parts. That switch drives a relay which is mounted on the unused grounding stud on the back side of the Drivers side strut tower. I built a wiring harness to pull power from the front PDC through the existing wire loom alongside the stock power cable back to the relay, and then feed all four inverters across the front of the car. Each inverter is connected w/ a 2-pin weatherproof connector meant for trailer harnesses.

Junior has a bitchin' write-up, so does Mecha. I'd be happy to answer any other questions about my install. But I think they're an awesome mod if installed correctly.

100% agree, I'm not rushing into it anytime yet, I'm more worried about throwing my exhaust and CAI in first and then in a couple weeks or a month or two throw on some interior and exterior mods like the Halo's..Having that said, Have you ever driven with them on and gotten pulled over with them? It may be different where your located, but it seems like everything that is added onto a car in jersey is illegal.

I've never driven any distance with them on, nor would I recommend doing so anywhere, unless they're white or amber in color.
