i have an 08 super bee and i was wondering what gear (3.23, 3.55, 3.73) would give be the advantage racing from a roll but still be able 2 cut a respectable 60' ft?

but the question is so open ended, there is no single good answer.... except for maybe dont waste your time with 3.73's... and you cant fit em in your rear end anyway, only avail in 210mm.
