I just got back from a long trip and found that my adjustable pedals don't work anymore. I tried using the seat mounted switch with the engine (http://www.300cforums.com/forums/#) off and on, and with the key off. As I remember the pedals could be adjusted in all modes. I don't hear any motor at all., I looked in the owners manual and did not find a fuse listed for it. Is it controlled by a fuse, and if so which one is it? I don't want to waste time going to the dealer if it's only a fuse. If replacing the fuse causes it to blow I'll go to the dealer to get it fixed. The adjustable pedals should be the same in all the car lines, I think. Thanks, regards, Bob.

Don't know, never use them.... I always figured that was why seats were adjustable.

Hi. Thanks. The only time I use them is to readjust them after the "shrimps" at the carwash move them. Best regards, Bob.

Make sure it's not in gear or neutral. Must be in park IIRC

adjustable pedals should work at all times except when in reverse or when cruise control is engaged.

assuming you have memory system. adjustable pedals are powered by a HSD (high side driver) in the MSM (memory seat module). the MSM gets power from CB1 (circuit breaker 1) in PDC (power distribution center/ rear fuse box). if power seats/power column tilt-telescope/heated seats still work, the power supply should be OK. check connections at the module under the driver's seat.

Hi. Thanks. According to the Owner's Manual they should work in all modes except Cruise and Reverse. As I remember that's how they did work when they were operating OK. Regards, Bob.

Hi Fnkychkn. I have the memory system. The power seats, power column tilt-telescope and heated seats all work. Now that I think about it I believe the pedals did work before the guy vacuumed under the seat at the car wash. I'll check that in the AM. Thanks. I do not have the 2008 SM so I could not check it out myself. I have a 2005 and 2006 SM I'll look at it to see if it's the same. Best regards, Bob.

I checked and there are no loose connectons under the seat on the module. I'll be off to the dealer on Monday.

Hi Fnkychkn. You were 100% right, as always! There was a broken connection in the wiring harness under the seat. He fixed it with a P/N 4778570 Sleeve HE 8059040, all under warranty. They even washed it for me and removed some small sticky labels that had been on the rims since I bought it. Thanks and best regards, Bob.

Hi. No problem. When you are tall and big like I am I need all the room I can get! I had a little PT Cruiser as a rental car while I was getting it fixed. It sure was a pleasure to get my car back. I can see how Chrysler has problems after driving that car! It was a real POS. Best regards, Bob.
