...for your Hotchkis swaybars?
I have a local company that has cast/machined/extruded various polyurethane parts for companies I have worked for in previous years. The idea would be to spread the cost amongst those of us who are dissatisfied with the quality and performance of the units that come with the swaybars when new...

I have no complaints w/ the Hotchkis bushings. What kind of $$ are we talking about?

Before costing, the idea would be to first see if there is interest, and how many, "then" approach the company in question and be able to barter/negotiate on the cost given the number of sets produced.
I would take a brand new bushing to them to duplicate. Based on theirs and my experience with durometer, we would come up with something that would not vibrate and exhibit better service life.

Get them to make a stronger rubber donut for the drive shafts and then we can talk.

I have not heard of the driveshaft interface failing, secondly it is an entirely different material...

How about front tension strut bushings? They seem to fail pretty often. The aftermarket offerings aren't exacly reasonably priced at this time.

This is for just the inner Hotchkis swaybar bushings. I want a couple sets made for me, I thought others might like to benefit...
