I have a set of KW2's on the way. I am looking for rebound recommendations. I know they recommend 2 turns in the front and one in the rear, but I wanted to see what everyone with these is running? I am not looking to have a go kart, but would like it to still handle. Ride quality is more important to me also, so I would give up cornering for comfort.

One other question....I am getting a used set and they are going to kw first to get recharged. I have read the posts regarding the rear end "clunk" noise, and that KW sends out bushing replacements. Are there any recommendations on getting kw to replace these bushings during servicing.....ie pics of what the bad ones look like.

Thanks for the help everyone. I will be riding lower by spring fling!:Na_Na_Na_Na::beerchug:

I have the fronts 1/2 turn open, and the rears 3/4 open. This gives a very nice tight ride with little rebound/bounce.

I have owned my KW's for about 2.5 years, or about 25k+ miles, and my bushings are still OK. But my driver side rear damper has started to make some squeeky noises as shown in this vid. I have shown the video to KW and I probably will be driving my car to their Sanger CA office in the next month or so to get it repaired/replaced.

The first pic is my passenger rear bushing, and the second pic is a bad KW bushing posted my another forum member.

^^Thanks. That is exactly what I was looking for. Anyone else have any rebound suggestions?
