Need Opinion on HID headlight temp

So I know that one of my christmas gifts from my fiance' this year is a HID kit for my charger. I have a question what temperature (K) have you guys & gals (didn't forget about you Plum lol) tried and recommend?

IMO, the higher temp HID's (10000 and up) can be a lil annoying. Seems that most ricers that go HID go higher, and looks to "aftermarket". Personally, I'm goiing to go 6000 for that pure white light.
