HO Intercooled System
The ProCharger HO Intercooled Supercharger System utilizes a "shared-drive" for the supercharger, and features the industry-leading self-contained ProCharger P-1SC-1 Supercharger, a large, 3-core air-to-air intercooler, upgraded fuel system and all necessary tubing and brackets. The 100 percent complete HO Intercooled system provides a standard 6 psi of intercooled boost when installed on otherwise stock vehicles. This is the package that most customers go with.

Stage II Intercooled System
Utilizing a proven and durable "dedicated-drive" system, the Stage II System also makes use of the proven and self-contained P-1SC-1 ProCharger Supercharger, while adding a unique, highly-efficient air intake and large, 3-core air-to-air intercooler and all necessary brackets and tubing. The Stage II Intercooled System provides outstanding power gains on both stock and modified engines with its standard 6 psi of intercooled boost and is best suited for future engine, fuel and exhaust system upgrades.

ProCharger Systems feature easy installation, minimal relocation of components, no need to punch a hole in the oil pan, and avoids having to deal with the complexity and installation time and maintenance required for an air-to-water-to-air intercooler arrangement.

ProCharger Tuner Kits
In addition to the two 100 percent complete systems, ProCharger also offers two intercooled Tuner Kits – an HO Intercooled Tuner Kit and a Stage II Intercooled Tuner Kit. ProCharger Tuner Kits are essentially identical to the complete systems, but exclude fuel system upgrades and tuning. Both the HO and Stage II Tuner Kits are ideal for modified engines and are available with higher boost levels.

5.7 owners can expect just over a 100hp increase can feel an additional 150hp!

The intercoolers along with the unmistakeable sound of.... horsepower whistling under the hood will let your competition know what they are in for!

how do the stage 1 and 2 differe in performance?
have any shots of the stage 1 intercooler?
i like the positioning of the stage 1 head unit more... pretty good air feed from the chally or charger air ducts in the hood... but the intercooler in the stage 1 looks like it has a wierd airflow...
can you show how the air is actually travelling with a full shot of the IC? is the chally picture below the stage 1 or 2 IC?

Why isn't there an option for the stage II kit on your website? I have been looking into these kits, but there is only the HO kit option on your site and even that only with the combination with the gauges and torque convertor. I don't much care for the shared drive or the position of the air intake in the HO system. Could you PM me the pricing for the kit?

Thanks,

That's one badass setup you have flpaul. But where did you get your package? Like I said i've been looking for the stage two, but can't seem to find any vendors with this package. They only seem to carry the HO.

That is a nice system! I'm about a month away from picking up a s/c. Those are some good pics of the Stage II on your myspace page, most of the pics I've seen was for the Stage 1 system. Is there a boost difference between the two? Like is the Stage II a 8psi or the 6psi? The Vortech is my first choice, then is the Procharger system. The Procharger might make the number one spot for me.

So does the Stage II mean less parasitic loss to the wheels with the "Dedicated Drive" system. So at the same PSI it creates less HP loss where it matter meaning more street HP?

and do you have any pictures of the entire system uninstalled (cooler included) and a picture installed with the front bumper off? Not a lot of good pics available for this kit. great info here though...

Edit: found an stg1 intercooler pic at Modern muscles site.

i like this design a lot. only thing that i don't like is the intake tubing in the back of the housing. it sits way into the engine bay. with that size IC it shouldn't be a problem, but the more cold air the better ya know? i assume the stg2 is just about the same set up? curious to see how it looks exactly.

Does anyone know if their is a performance hit with the airfilter sitting right there in the engine bay?

For example: if the engine bay is 180degrees and that's the air being sucked into the unit then compressed and the output is say 250degrees would the output of the compressed air be same if the air being sucked in was say 100 degrees, would the output still be 250degrees?

Does that make ANY sense?

180degrees in+compressed = 250
100degrees in+compressed = 250 as well???

Just curious. thanks!
