I have noticed that my cruise control has stopped working. Took the car to the dealer who tested the actual switch and saw that it was sending a signal to the PCM. Either way they put in a new computer in the car, i loaded in my tune but still nada. Has anyone else have or heard of this with a CMR tune? Thanks in advance.

remote start on this vehicle? i have seen some aftermarket remote start systems bleed voltage on the fused ignition switch output start circuit. while engine is running, backprobe PCM C1-30. there should be no voltage.

Nope, sorry Mr funk, it's most likely the tune (kinda of a standard issue deal). If you can go back to stock, try that out first. Oops, just noticed who tuned ya, yup, it's the tune. Have Josh check it out.

can't they make a tune that'll keep the cruise working?

It has something thing to do with some torque converter feature they have in the CMR software.

Guess i'll try and remove the tune and put the PCM back to stock and see.

I don't suggest you do that. It's not like you gots yourself a stock motor.

Its in the tune ... the ole' verter trick - makes it lock up sooner but you loose the cruise control.
