[Mom's Hemi]

Hey everyone- we've been thinking that we should try to get a few M&G's in during the fall and winter months, as a way to get to everyone a little better and meet some of our newer ReJx in the area. :beerchug:

A couple of ideas suggested have been cosmic bowling, laser tag, or paintball. :rock:
I have info on each of these ideas, so we can plan times and costs, etc. Lets try to plan some dates before everybody gets too busy with the Holidays-

There is a shelter house in the park in Fortville that rents for $25 a day and it has a full kitchen and bathrooms with plenty of parking and tables inside and out I would have to check, I can't remember if there is a fire pit? There is room inside for about 50 people! Just something else to think about!

BUMP for Saturday!! Cooooolllld here in Indiana today....if the weather should be too crappy for an outdoor bonfire on the 22nd, we can move the party indoors! :rock:
Also, while we are planning this as a family event and don't want things getting too crazy, we will provide a keg, if you'd like anything stronger BYOB- :friday:And if you're drinking, bring a driver or a sleeping bag~

Between our house and Dan's mom's house nextdoor (empty, still in the renovation process ) there is plenty of room to put you up overnight. If you're coming from out of state and just don't want the long drive, everyone is more than welcome to stay.

Okay, so no more excuses....we'll even provide a babysitter to keep the kids entertained- bring your wii games!! Who else is in???!!! :pepper:

Randy (JRBN31) has a better location with plenty of parking, no HOA, more floor space for your sleepy time bags and a better spot for the FIRE! He's located in Ingals and this may actually be a little closer for some people. directions coming soon

Yea we'll bring the Wii. A buddy of mine at work has a couple of the Guitar hero games and a few guitars and says they are a BLAST. He offered to loan a game and a guitar to let me try out so I'll see if I can get it for the weekend

Um no need, we have a Wii here, unless you want we can hook it up to the other TV, so if you have games, feel free to bring them. Also Xbox 360, and regular xbox. So we got that covered, we also have a dice game called Left, Right, Center. It's a quarter game. would be good to bring a roll of quarters with you. If someone could bring cards, that would be good. We have plenty of fire wood, so I'll supply that! I see there's no real meat yet, anyone or two wanna bring that? I think we can get some hot dogs, and of coarse we got a grill so we can cook some on that. If you have hot dog sticks, please bring those. We have room for atleast 6 cars in the drive and plenty of grass parking. Don't forget your lawn chairs. As for overnighters, we have 2 couches, 2 love seats and 2 recliners and one single spare bed so we are good for sleepers, and Dan's right, plenty of floor space. Hopefully no one is scared of dogs, we have a 75 pound boxer, he is not agressive or mean and is great with kids, so no worries about that. Though he may lick you to death! And if you sleep over he may steal your covers, he's good at that. On Sunday we have to be somewhere at 12, just so everyone knows. Anyway, here's some pix of the place. Can't wait to see ya'll.

Oh, I suppose everyone would lik to know where we are. Our address is 10 N. Lick Creek Dr., Ingalls, In 46048. You can mapquest it, though it won't show the house yet, but when you turn West off of Alfonte street onto Lick Creek Drive our house is straight ahead on the on the left side of the curve. You wont miss it. If you don't wanna mapquest it if you are coming from the interstate, take 69 North from Indy to exit 14 which is also Hwy 13. Go South til you "T" into Hwy. 67 go east (left) to Ingalls after you cross the bridge Turn Right on the second street which is Alfonte street. Go thru one stop sign and then Lick Creek Drive will be on the Right. If you are coming from down south, IE:Dan and Tracy, either take the 69 way or you can go east on 56th street the exit is right after Pendleton Pike, take it straight out til it hits Hwy. 67, go left to Ingalls and follow the aformentioned directions from there. Do not get off of 465 onto pendleton pike exit unless you like driving through some really messed up construction stuff, and people who are freaking out, driving on the wrong side of the road and gettin all up against ya, stuff like that! You can also take I70 east exit to Mount Comfort Road (exit 96) and go north to Hwy.67, go right to Ingalls, this is basically the same as going 69, it takes about the same amount of time to get here. If anyone has any problems, call me at 317-508-2987C, or 317-485-7592H.

um yeah had to check again, that drive and the gravel all the way down the west side of the house that had to be like 2 feet deep was right around 5 G's. That was a big hit at the end of our building process.

Yeah, Travis got the Xbox 360 from everyone for his birthday and only had enough for one game for it so this christmas will start that collection. I used to play alot, before we moved here, but since then I really don't play much. Ange is the Guitar Hero freak. Travis plays atleast a few times a week.
