Hello,
I contacted Rob back in June about my suspension and the fact that I wanted to upgrade my car to a much better handling setup. He was fantastic to speak with and listened to what I was after. He was recommended to me by one of the Pedders distributors being closer to my area and I'm so glad that I went with him. I wanted to do as many of the bushings that I could myself as I usually do all work myself anyway and he set me up with a great package for the front end as well as front and rear shocks/springs. He warned me though that this would be addictive and that I would be wanting to do the rear bushings as well.
He was right and I should have listened to him.
After my initial order arrived, I completed the install and documented it online here and at another forum. I wasn't overly happy with the way the rear springs sat. This was my fault as I don't think I measured it up correctly. I emailed Rob about it and he was happy to ship me a different set and then I shipped him the ones that I had back. No charge, no issue. He wanted me to be happy with what I had. While doing the install, I had a few questions as to a few bushings and their geometry and placement that I wanted to double check and Rob was great. He always had an answer for me in a very timely fashion, even on a holiday for goodness sake! Now that is service! He was also always able to take a call from me.
To that end, the car handles amazing!!!! Now...am I done? Nope....in the spring I'll be putting the final touches on it with the big rear cradle bushings and the lower control arm inner bushings. Both of these will require the cradle to be removed and that is the only time I'll have someone else do it.
I highly Recommend Rob and Wretched Motorsports as a top not retailer!
