I've had nothing but good service working with FRI. Even though, when others were having isolated issues, I always seemed to get my parts when promised and had awesome support during my FRI part installs. I was learning the HEMI engine during my installs and Steve and Lee lent a hand on their dime. Latest kudos, is sending me a new cam after the problem i had with my Littleboy cam. Wasn't a freebee, but what transpired getting me the cam was an awesome experience. Thanks guys!

I purchased a Sidewinder cam and Econo heads from FRI and was very pleased with their product. My dealings were in the early years when they were not set up to respond to customers from outside the US, so the wait was longer than I wanted but the product made it all worth while. The initial email tune I got from James for the Predator made it even more managable and I was quite pleased with his service in the beginning. When I contacted him in the spring to fine tune it later and purchase a suspension system from him after he had joined FRI, I found him quite cold and unresponsive to my various emails for pricing on the Tein Suspension and Hochkiss sways. After numerous unanswered phone calls and emails I assumed they were to busy with what they had going in their area to get back to me. I puchased what I needed through another vender, but felt a bit slighted. Now I realize that James may not have had FRI's best interests at heart by this time and was already marching to his own adjenda. Lee and Steve have always treated me square, and I regret that I didn't take the time to talk to them when this was going on, since it might have shed a new light on things for them as well as me. At any rate I hope Lee and Steve keep doing their magic, and would be happy to do business with them in the future.

i feel bad that James left you with that feeling...............I've heard it before and it made me feel cheated.
We spent alot of money and time trying to give our customers the best support possible. Steve and I took on debt, worked till stupid hours of the morning, weekends and vacation time to give our customers what they expect................
We gave and give good pricing; we were the ones to drop stroker motors to reasonable pricing.............before us a 426 cost $14K+ and after we got involved the new bar was set...........
We made friends here and we put our reputation on the line............of course we didn't always hit shipping times, of course we couldn't always return emails and phone calls..............but when you spend serius money trying to fix your problem and you find out later it was making it worse, you kinda get sick to your stomach.
After 2 years of LX support, we've helped make alot of fast cars............we bent over backwards helping folks and in need...................and did things no other business would have done.
I wish all the people we've sqaured away would post here about what we've given to the community...............at least to give a new-comer a true measure of our efforts/products/and service.
