By far the best vendor experience possible. Purchased several items and services. Fantastic.

Agreed, very responsive and available, VERY knowledgeable, very fast, and more than accommodating over a couple of transactions. Really can't think of anything to complain about.
To be more specific: Ordered Grip Tuning fascia and grille and Ram Air hood as part of my collision repair, 402 got the order processed ASAP for me. Called again to add black mesh to the order, took care of it right away. Then last Friday I went ahead and jumped on the rocker panel group buy and again, instant response. There were probably 10 phone calls intermingled in there where I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do and what would work, and Lori and Ernie were both incredibly helpful and patient w/ me every time. This was really a breath of fresh air!

Ditto. Just ordered a GRIP fascia and SRT hood from them today. Lori is very thorough. Grade A customer service. I will reserve my very own GOOD posting until I receive my items, but I am a happy camper so far!

Oh ya...if Ernie takes your money up front...no worries he delivers. Seems to be an issue with a boat load of BS excuses with a couple of other vendorshere who should be damned ashamed of themselves.

Hope you don't mind but Lori wrote out your address on the eyelid box in yellow crayon. I wanted your mail carrier to feel at home when he delivers your package.

Never bought anything from them. But we intend to correct that around the end of the year. However, My son went to see if Ernie could correct a problem with the door on his T/A. Ernie not only fixed it on the spot, which has allowed us to keep using the car so we can finish the mechanical work it needs. He took time out of what appeared to be a busy day to talk to my son about the car in general and future paint ideas. Definitely our first choice for paint when the mechanicals are done. Definitely a top vendor. More like a good friend.

I know. I am kinda kicking myself in the ass for not getting it towed to you guys in the first place. I think you're over the 50 mile distance (Geico pays up to 50 miles) from Hackensack but I would've still paid had I thought of it.
Now I am kinda concerned about how my hood will be prepped. From what I understand this isn't a simple sand & paint type job. My first Trufiber SRT hood was done (by another shop) fairly decent but was wavy from certain angles. I'm afraid that these guys may not have lots of fiberglass experience. They claim to have been in business since 1922 so hopefully they'll know how to prep it properly, lol. How many hours of prep time would you say it takes to get these hoods up to snuff?

I have my Ramair hood from these guys in the paint shop right now. Lori was phenomenal with communication and made sure it was here in time for my paint shop appointment. Next up from these guys is my Grip Rocker Panels and can't wait to post my own thread when these beauties arrive pre-painted.
Ernie, Lori and Joey are great to deal with and it's cool being at the shop. I had my exhaust and grill installed there. Ernie did my kick ass tinted tail lamps and painted engine cover and other engine stuff. Now I'm getting the eyelids soon and can't wait to get them installed. Ernie is the BEST at what he does and 402 will be doing much more for me and my car down the road. Thanks guys
