My Boss 329 Chrome rims are starting to flake and peel where the spokes meet the rim. There isn't any curb damage, just pitting and flaking at these points.
I have to decide soon whether to try and sell them while they are still ok, or just live with them as they are, or maybe fix them. Does anyone have any experience fixing the chrome on their rims? Could they be relplated? I wonder if paint or powdercoating would be a more durable option?
I think that whatever I do, I would like to make them more durable, as it seems the design of the spokes collects dirt and grime in the same spots.
If anyone with photoshop has any colour combinatrion ideas for painted or powdercoated rims, I'd love to see them.
