Hi I just purchased a 2005 magnum 5.7L it has 22"s and lowering springs. Well when i make left turns sometimes it scrapes the bottom of the bumper on the driver side. I got under the car today and it say on the spring. Eibach 2876002. From what i have searched its lowering springs for a 06 charger wtf and can i just replace the front struts to fix? I love the stanch of the car. but i dont want to live my life in fear of ripping the front bumper off!! Please help if you got some advice thanks in advance...

Are you sure thats what its rubbing? I have 265/35/22s and turn at many heights and have never touched the bumper.

First, need to know the offset on your rims and the tire size... then we can try to figure out if it *should* be a problem or not. And are you rubbing the bumper or the fender? You could roll the fender if it came down to it.

Its part of being a low-life hehe. I am in the process of replace 2 of the 3 pans under the engine. Good thing is that it's about $140 for all three pans.

Be sure it's not the fender right above the apex of the front tire. Your fender might be bouncing off your tire which is very common when lowering springs have been put on without replacing the dampers. (shocks) If that's the case, then putting on Eibachs pro dampers or equivalent should take care of your problem.

Well thanks for all the replies. I know the rims are driv moonshins 22-9.5 tires 265/35/22. The front fenders have two small blemishes where it looks like the tire ran in there and pulled the lip down i can roll that and I havent hit it or any thing yet. The main problem is the front bumper it scrapes if your not super carefull and my wife drives it alot soo. THanks for all the help guys I love this forum.

I would hit the fender once in a while, with eibach springs I hit alot more, did not hit with the SRT suspension and did not hit with the stock RT suspension
