Black Chrome Plating

Hey Bill or anyone, I want to get my aluminum plastic around my car diped and made into black chrome. I know Bill had his wheels done and would like to find a sort of local shop to do it. Please let me know if anyone has anything for me.

The parts would be the side strip on my 4 doors that read grand cherokee
The back strip on the rear and the front strip on the bottom of my bumper.

Well they are plastic, so you can't get them chromed. But I had an idea recently on how to simulate black chrome on the chrome plastic pieces. Hopefully I will have time to test my theory this week-end.
