Too bad we can't go down the track with our bottles mounted like that on the deck lid.

NHRA rules indicate we need to have them mounted to sheetmetal, and have blow off valves.

I use that wood deck for shows, and have a diamond plate version that I use when racing. I pull the rear tray out and bolt it to the sheet metal below.

well some day i will show you the tubing that is under the floor. it was approved by the div 7 tech director himself. the blow off tubes where not hooked up yet. i had that shoot on the same day i picked those bottle up from the powder coaters.

Yes, i built a tubular cage that bolts into the spare tire well that goes over may air tanks and compressors that has theaded inserts, than the bolts that go through the bottle brackets screw into the inserts. i will post some pics when i get it back from the powdercoaters next week.
