My adjuster for my KWV2 are stuck????

Yea, I am trying to lower the car a bit more, but the turn thing is stuck...I am trying my hardest to turn it, but it feels like there is sand between the strut and the adjuster. It will not more, I have already broke one of the turning slots...

Any help would be thankful.

Did you loosen the alan wrench screw inside the purple perch?
