tire sizes on stock SXt wheels?

Can someone tell me (or guide me) to where I can find out what size tires (larger) can be safely mounted on the stock SXT wheels please?
Also: Are the R/T wheels a direct fit and what is the weight of the SXT and R/T wheels?

255/55R17 are about a wide as you can get on the stock SXT rim. They are an almost perfect fit for diameter.

I didn't know that either! That's awesome! If I don't end up getting my Comp Grey Viper 22" before I have to get new tires I'm def. gonna get the bigger ones!

Thanks for the info. That helps as that is the size I'm running on my other vehicle. Makes things easy....I love easy...
