My R/T of 2 years is SMOKING! At start up and when you rev it up.

I've had it to the dealer about this and they say everything is normal.

Any thoughts?

Well it could be several things. But I'd suggest you start with servicing the PCV first.

not black, white-ish , or really light blue.

Filter is new, 3 days old.

Have you taken the tube off and looked at the throttle body and inside the intake to see if there is an oil build up?

Is there another Dealer you can take it to? Some can be shady about warrenty work.

I too would suggest changing the pcv valve as the first course of action.

BTW..that looks killer!!
