are you talking about the throttle body plate from nitrous outlet? Like the same one me, 1fast4door, and k4000 are running? I believe scott is running a 150 shot through his, but on the chart it goes up to 200

200 will work for the first stage....then i will keep the zex on there for a 2nd and spray a 75 shot

The plate comes with jetting up to 200. I am not sure if it flows more than that.

R Dunn, Contact Nitro Dave at Nitrous Outlet. He can get you an answer.
Off topic, did you end up testing anything over a 100 shot on the stock bottom end?

can the -4AN hose keep up with that? I thought beyond 300 shot you have to upgrade the hose.

You know the unwritten rule is after 4 bottles, you have to go to a bigger shot.

Yeah... exactly what I mean... and the other piece is what are the noids rated at as well. I don't think the Zex system goes beyond 150 IIRC

^^^What he said^^^
I think you would be fine past 200, the limiting factor would be the rest of the system, which it sounds like you are replacing anyways. I run 125 no problems.

So running the 125 you have had no problems with the rear end or anything else on an RT? Hmmmmmm:modding:

A 4AN feed line can max flow 400HP...but this assumes no tight bends or kinks.
It is best to run a 6AN feed line if you are wanting to run a large shot
The solenoids in our kits will flow 400+
To run higher than 175 or so you will also need a 4AN line to run from the nitrous solenoid to the plate...but the plate fitting is 3AN. We have a (SHO) line that is a 4AN line with a 3AN nut on one end for this purpose.
If you are going to use our plate with a ZEX system please specify when you order tha larger line and we can make it with 3AN nuts on each end. The ZEX solenoids will max flow 200 HP.

no im going to have 2 seperate systems on the car. im going to order a complete new system and plate from you guys and spray a 200 shot on it.
then im going to jet my zex kit down from the 125 im spraying now to a 75 shot.. and use it as a second stage,to spray in 3rd gear

Sounds good. If you need a -6 hose just let us know. We can upgrade it for a small amount.

Good deal. 75 shot should be a walk in the park. Let us know if we can answer any questions.
