I'll be there one way or another. Been having front end issues the last couple days, so I probably won't be racing this week-end. I'm not sure if it's the rack or just the tie-rod ends, but my steering wheel has developed a shake above 60 mph.

Sorry guys. I obviously didn't make it out today. My wife was going out wit her mother "for 1, or 2 hrs tops" this morning at 7 AM, but she didn't come home until 1 PM. Couldn't drag the little guy out in this heat, so I got stuck at home.

It's just been one of those weeks. I need a beer, more like a case.

I was gonna go. But since my car is still in the shop and Shanon said it is Sofa King hot out. We didn't bother. Shocked that there was so few lxers... Guess we didn't miss much....

Damn, only 7. Guess my car wouldn't have looked too bad then. I fried outside too today. After a very early dinner I clayed and waxed the car. Just finished about an hour ago.

Was there at least a decent size show field, or did a lot of people skip out because of the heat?

I saw about 20 cars in the track area. And only saw about 5 cars run on the track. I don't know whats going on if it was the heat or the price of gas these days. It was a bad event. I feel at this point I am just going to hit the local car show for now on. I am not a racer? I only hit the track when I do mods to see what change in my ET's.
