Took 4 of my cars (http://www.chargerforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77703#) to the Horses & Horsepower Car Show (http://www.horsesandhorsepower.org/) in Lexington, Kentucky on May 17th.

The show gave me an award for Most Dedicated Gearhead, since I came to the show on the same day my daughter was getting married. http://www.chargerforums.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif

They also gave me a motor-head hat, modeled here by one of my psuedo nephews, Tyler:

Left to right, the cars I took were a custom '53 Ford (http://www.chargerforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77703#) Pickup, a custom '67 Camaro, an original '70 Charger 440 Magnum, and the beast.

Cleaning crew at work at the show - notice Brother-in-Law with hands in pockets doing nothing...

Great show, very fun crowd. They are having this show next year in May at Churchill downs in Louisville. Car show will be in the infield all day while the racing goes on! Sounds like fun...

Forgot to mention that the show was at the Kentucky Horse Park, hence the horses. :) Is your Saddlebred for pleasure or do you show, FreeBird? We have Morgans out here.

Pure Pleasure (Western) only now-he's a retired Hunter Jumper of 20 years (he's 23 now) but still thinks and acts like a teenager!
He's toughest job now is counting for carrots, one hoof at a time.
If I think about it, I'll post a couple photos of him up later---been meaning to do that on the Pet Photo thread anyway.
Morgans hu? Hence the name, I guess! Do you raise?
PM me sometime--would love to see some pictures.

Next year Churchill for the show??? THAT would be too cool!!! Maybe I'll do a roadtrip and ck. that out on my way back home to Peoria, IL for a visit...
(LOVE your '67 SS by the way, but don't tell our LX buddies I said that!)
