Check with Josh at HHP. They had some high flow cats custom made for the AWD. I have a set and the JBA short headers. Long tubes will not fit.

They will if you replace your transmission brace with a custom one.:)

JBA shorties and highflows make a real nice change, I think you'd be impressed.

I got mine from HHP and can recommend Josh big time.

I have JBA shorty headers and I was going to get the highflow CAT but I couldn't justify it. I'm not convinced its worth it. They should have a shoot out for them over in the Mods FaceOff Forum but its such a PITA to install them.

A couple of things about the JBA's though, they are a beast to install due to clearance issues. But only for two bolts on each side if you do like the JBA install instructions indicate and remove the mounts from each side one at a time. Not easily done with out a lift IMHO....

I also developed a drone when MDS kicks in. Since I had a Borla CAT Back with resonators installed at the same time I'm not sure which caused it exactly though. But if MDS kick in at anything above 75MPH I start to here a low drone, when I'm doing more than 85 its very noticeable. Its OK though, its the sound of savings and I kind of like being able to easily tell when MDS kicks in. I try to stay in the drone when cruising with gas over $4 bucks a gallon lately. I gained 2-3 MPG easy when cruising with MDS engaged. Where I had virtually never seen better than 19 MPG range (on the LCD guage) except when going down hill I now cruise the stretch of freeway on my dialy drive in both directions at 21.6MPG. Thats way up from the usual 18.4 I used to see before the headers. And this is with the stock tune.

Very few choice other the JBA's BTW..... I was going to try Hedmens but they actually stopped making them! I called them and everything and they told me that the part number for 5.7's was sent back to R&D and there was no ETA on their reintroduction.

actually aren't those high-flow cats from hhp... magnaflow. and they will produce some good horsepower... just with the cats alone

I have tlkaed with Josh before at HHP was gonna do kw2's. But my family lives in Delaware so when I make a trip maybe I can arrange to get this done. So do you all think that JBA's/ High flow cats and Zoomers would be a good combo?

Certainly not a bad combo, that's for sure.
