Ok guys I heard from the woman at Core Creek park and the following dates are available. Pavilion 5 holds @50 people Pavilion 6 holds 100
6/22- Sunday Pav.#5
7/20- Sunday Pav. #6
8/2 - Saturday Pav.#5
8/9 & 8/10 Saturday and Sunday Pav. #5 & 6 on the 9th , Pav. 6 on the 10th
8/16 & 8/17 " & " Pav. #5 & 6 on both days
8/23 & 8/24 " & " Pav. # 5 &6 on the 23rd , Pav. #5 on the 24th


Let me know what you guys think would be good for everyone and I'll reserve it.

Hey Mike , don't worry about the due date , the pavilion faces the back of St. Mary's hospital. You could come to the BBQ and then walk over to the hospital after you are done.:)

I can't do the 22nd, wedding in NY. The only date on that list I can make as of right now is 8/9 and 8/10. Maybe I can do the 23rd of Aug. if I can reschedule my wedding, I will ask the fiance. yeah!!!

Already thought of that one when I bought the car in December (my father also bought a black sxt) but that was shot down pretty quick. She had already paid for the limo. Thanks for the ideas though.
