I've exhausted all measures I think and still......... no luck finding some quality replacement black (anodized?) lug nuts for my black RT wheel mod.
14mm X 1.5mm with a 60 deg. conical seat right? Any longer than 2.0mm I think would look kinda goofy.:blam:

Thanks for the quick reply. How badly marred up do you think they'll get torquing them down........if at all?

If You Use A Good Socket They Will Last Quiet A While Before Getting Scratched.

Nice find. I was just about to go looking for some. These should work with the Black Vipers shouldnt they?

Thanks for the info guys. Are there any lugs (such as what the tuners use) that have the center hollowed out which then allows you to use either a key or a hexagonal wrench to tighten the nut?

I found some real nice, black colored, hollowed, heavy duty, light weight, lugs on eBay. They offered them in black, blue, red, and gold. I do not remember the seller, but I liked them a lot. They did not hold up tremendously well over the winter. Only because the black started to fade faster than I liked. I would buy them again.

http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p221/madfalco/wheel_4.jpgThey definitely look good like that, but they look even better when you add some black center caps from BT to compliment the black lugs. I know I saw someone setup like that, but I have no clue who it was.

I would bet a dollar that Gorilla makes the Summit lugs. They look and seem identical.....

I bought the Summit lugs & a "special" set of sockets to avoid damaging them but I noticed this weekend that they are a little marred & rusting already. I have had them less than a year & only rotated the tires a few times. When they are on the car you can not see the marks since they are near the bottom. It is inevitable considering the torque needed to tighten them. They still look good especially with black rims.

Thanks for all the info guys. SRT8U I bought those lug nuts from your company this morning. Hope I get them soon. My wheels are sitting in the garage until those come in. Thanks again to everyone. I've only been talking about doing this for almost 3 years!

Do these have nylon INSIDE the socket as well? It appears so, just wanted to confirm and ask if there's any problem with that being the case?

Looks like a handy set.

Looks like they have a nylon "bumper" inside the lugnut, not around the hex surface. I'm still not positive, but that's what it appears from the other link that MR-SMITH posted.
