Are you sure you want loud? The drone will drive you nuts. I'd go with cutouts and some glass pack on them that way you'd have quiet when you want quiet and loud when you want loud.

would you suggest either:

option a: magnaflow dual (as seen in above post)
option b: blastin bob 10 db kit
option c: blastin bob 12 db kit w/ magnaflow muffler

well if you want loud, I currently have the magnaflow catback, but I took the resonators and the tips and replace it with the 5" Borla tips. Now I like loud vehicles, but this kinda gets on you nerves after a while. I guess that this would be just like having a magnaflow muffler with the loudest blastin bobs on it. I believe that I would go the route mentioned above with the cutouts because I cannot imagine how loud that would be, but the great thing is that you do not have to deal with it all the time. ...just my thoughts:thumbs_u:

I just did a Wicked Flow and removed the suitcase last week and while it sounded great (not too loud, but loud enough), but the interior drone from 2-2400k was ridiculous, so come Monday I'm having that pulled and a Flowmaster 40 installed.

The 40 is going to have quite a bit of resonance too. I suggest a 50, or a 50-SUV.

I have the Magnaflow single exhaust system and it is pretty quiet. It sounds good while accelerating but very quiet. I was thinking of adding the Blastin Bob's duals to mine as well.

I did my exhaust myself. It has 2,5 inch pipes froms CC:s going into pair of inexpensive Raptor mufflers under the fuel tank. Then I have pair of Supertrapps at the ends. Sound is ty my mind very good. Kids say that "there comes that loud car".

Sorry about my bad english, hope you understood what I meant :)

I am going to go with Flowmaster super 44 single in duel out. That one sounds pretty mean. Sounds like you have a V8 under the hood.

I had a Flowmaster on my two last Jeeps and intend to do them on my new Jeep as well. I think they are a great exhaust.

My question is why not just go with a Flowmaster dual outlet and replace the suitcase? Mind you I am pretty new to the whole LX thing but it seems like a BB kit and a Flow 40 or 50 series would work well here. I see people payin upwards of $1200 for an exhaust and that doesn't include the BB kit which doesn't make much sense to me.

My plan is for a BB single kit and at some point a Flowmaster.
