Just got my RT back from the shop for the low-speed TC
shudder. Drives like a dream now. Major Kudo's go to Cumberland Chrysler. No out-of-pocket expenses at all.
The new Jeep I got to drive as a loaner got the same gas mileage as my RT and had zero power, hard to get in and out of, and had no room to speak of. You get used to the room in a Magnum and all others pale in comparison.
The Smile is back!

TSB 21-019-05A.
Also known as the dreaded parking lot shudder.
They replaced the input shaft (bad needle bearings), rear trans seal (slight leak), and removed a disc from the TC whilst replacing that w/ a cap assy.
All 100% free and under warranty.
Stealership says you??? Nay, Stellarship says I.
I looked at that tiny TC on the workbench all torn apart.
If you have this done, look real close at those input needle bearings. Mine were flat on one side and looked as if they had never been greased. The trans leak was minor, but repaired "while I'm in there".

That's good to hear. Glad you had a great experience with your dealership. I wish they were all that way.
