Got my power steering fluid a little hot

Any suggestions for a compatible hi-temp fluid? Is it possible to mount a cooler into the system? Thanks for any input folks!

How do you know that your fluid got to hot?? I don't want the same problem, Thanks Mike

MattRobertson (I think...) put together a Frankencooler package for the power steering. Search for it. I think it was maybe all of $150 for the cooler, hoses, etc.

I think the police package has a ps cooler so you probably get one from a dealer.

How do you know that your fluid got to hot?? I don't want the same problem, Thanks Mike I touched the outside of the reservoir and it was hotter than my coolant tank. Smelling the fluid it smells a little burnt.

the fluid is ATF 4, its already synthetic. flush it out, and put in a cooler.
