*** CenCal LX Chapters ***

Just wanted to give all of the CenCal LX members that have joined up and update on where we stand with having some M&G and forming the chapters.
And for the chapters I have received a lot of good ideas on how to divide the territories up.
We are hoping with everyone's help we can have a good turnout with each chapters members and meet and greets...


Meet and Greet will be held every month for those chapters listed. Once every 3 months we rotate and have a super meet and one chapters location.

As it sits we are holding Monthly Meet and Greets on the First Sunday of every month.

Im just sayin...

I like the chapters meeting on the same days. I know a lot of us are on crazy schedules so having a M&G closer to where you actually live means being able to participate more. Group information can still be put out at each location. It seems to me that the people who tend to head these up have really good communication with you and can easily get needed information out to members. That's just my opinion. But like you say there are others way to go and try. See which one the majority likes.

Though if they are on different weekends, then if you can't make one, you might have a chance to make one of the others and not have to wait a month for the next one to roll around (though the drive may be further). It seems like you would get more participation across the chapters that way too. Having them on the same day does force people to decide which one to go to (usually the closer one I would assume, but what if you live in the middle).

Having a semi-frequent "big meet" sounds cool though.
