Sirius XM Guardian activation issue

Is anyone with a 2017 model experiencing problems registering for SiriusXM Guardian online that replaced Uconnect Access? I have the app on my phone but I am not able to register or access anything from the online website with my account.

It's very frustrating when calling them because it's the same thing every time. They realize there is a problem but have no solution to fix it. , they promise a call back but do not return the call. I've called the customer service lines on multiple occasions over the past three weeks since I purchased the car on January 1. I keep getting the same response being there is no timeframe, that they will compensate me for the time, etc. They do recognize there is a problem, but they have no idea how to fix it. Who can I reach out to who can actually do something and help me? I asked to speak with one of the specialists in IT and was told they don't accept calls. I'd like to get my account set-up so I can utilize it.
