Bought new 2015 300S March of 2016...Loved the car...ALong came Winter in Northern Minnesota, and when temps went below zero, hi beams would not work! Back to dealer, who changed parts over period of 5 visits- lights, relay, modules, etc...Nothing cured the problem. Chrysler bought the car back, charging us 10 cents per mile, and we replaced it with a new 2017 300 S in April of 2017..We love the 300's! But now, once again with cold weather, AGAIN the hi beams will not work in very cold weather, in this new 2017 300 S...at about 10 below zero or colder...Dealer and Chrysler seem "puzzled"...thoughts? Ideas?

When I used to live a cold weather state I would leave a shop light bulb on all night under the hood of my cars to keep the engine bay warm. You could try something like that to keep your headlight housings warm, maybe a bulb on each side lol
