Just picked up a 16 Chrysler 300 Limited without fogs. I'm looking to add some on the car, just curious to know if anyone has done this. If so, is the wires/plugs already there connection, or do I need to go thru the dealer for installation...I know they will have to add the the sale code for activation. TIA
That's for the 11-14 models. IN the 15+ the fog lights go from round kransters to what look like led strip type of thingies. Those won't fit (directly) into newer models.
Welp, I'm not sure of the housing as I've yet to take any apart, but the lights themselves are the same. Depending on how handy you are, you could definitely make them work. Since the Charger and 300 are mechanically the same, I'd be willing to bet that they'll bolt right up in the right place. Now I wanna take apart a V6 300 and install these. Maybe I can get the wife to buy one.
I installed fogs on my 2016 Limited. I used a remote control wiring harness so I would not have to find a way to snake the power switch through firewall
